The World Famous Glenn Miller Orchestra
The Glenn Miller Orchestra is a fully self-contained group consisting of the music director, five saxophone players, four trumpeters, four trombonists, and three rhythm musicians (piano, bass and drums). Also, there are two vocalists, one male and one female, who perform individually and as part of The Moonlight Serenaders® vocal group.

Genuine Elvis Concert
Are you an avid Elvis fan? If so, you don’t want to miss The Genuine Elvis Concert, featuring Ronnie McDowell, Steve & DC Morning Show, Edie Hand and Billy Blackwood at The Historic Bama Theatre on February 13th, 2026! Starting at 5:30 to 6:30. Ronnie will have some of his Elvis art prints available during a meet and greet and book signing with Edie and Ronnie.

Our Mission
Established in 1970 by a group of citizens dedicated to the arts, the Mission of The Arts Council is to promote and encourage the arts and humanities in Tuscaloosa County. The Arts Council serves as the umbrella organization for 50 Member Organizations, offers educational programs and manages The Historic Bama Theatre and the Dinah Washington Cultural Arts Center.
