Jubilation Magazine features articles written by local authors about the art, artists, performers, events and travel destinations in West Alabama. Established by The Arts Council in 2001, the 60 page magazine is published twice yearly – Winter/Spring (January) and Summer/Fall (July). Members of The Arts Council receive copies in the mail and it is also available at businesses who advertise in the magazine for free distribution.
